Delete Your PrepCoach Account

OPTION 1 — Delete from inside the app (recommended)

If you can sign in:

1. Open the PrepCoach app (Android, iOS, or the web app).
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Clients: Open the Profile tab → Account → Delete Account.
4. Coaches: Open the side menu → Settings → Account → Delete Account.
5. Type DELETE to confirm. The app cancels any active subscription, removes your data, and signs you out.

OPTION 2 — Email request

If you cannot sign in, or you no longer have the app installed, send a deletion request to our support team. We acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days of identity verification.

Include the email address used on your PrepCoach account so we can locate it. We will confirm your identity before deleting.

What we may retain (and why)

To comply with tax, fraud-prevention, and security obligations we retain limited records for a defined period after deletion. These records are not used to identify you in the active product.

• Payment records — transaction history is retained by the payment processor (Stripe) per their retention policies and applicable financial-services law (typically 7 years).
• Anonymised analytics — aggregated usage statistics with no personal identifiers.
• Security & abuse logs — access logs needed to investigate fraud, retained up to 12 months.
