Welcome to PrepCoach ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our nutrition coaching and meal planning platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
PrepCoach is a software platform that connects nutrition coaches with their clients. PrepCoach does not provide medical, nutritional, or clinical advice. All meal plans, macro targets, and dietary recommendations displayed in the app are created and delivered by your coach - an independent professional, not an employee or representative of PrepCoach.
Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new diet or nutrition program, particularly if you have existing medical conditions, are pregnant or nursing, or take prescription medications.
By creating an account and using PrepCoach, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

PrepCoach facilitates the delivery of coaching services between independent coaches and their clients. PrepCoach does not employ coaches, develop meal plans, or endorse specific dietary approaches.
PrepCoach operates solely as a software platform and technology service. We provide the tools and infrastructure for coaches to create, organize, and deliver nutrition plans to their clients. PrepCoach is not a nutrition service, health organization, or wellness provider, and does not hold itself out as one.
The coaching relationship - including the delivery of dietary plans, macro recommendations, and any associated guidance - exists exclusively between you and your coach. PrepCoach is not a party to that relationship and does not control, review, validate, or guarantee the content, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any coaching services provided through the Platform.
Nothing on the PrepCoach platform - including meal plans, macro targets, food database entries, check-in forms, messaging, or any communications facilitated through the Service - constitutes medical advice, clinical nutritional counseling, or any form of healthcare guidance. All content available through the Platform is for general organizational and informational purposes only.

Coaches accessing PrepCoach are independent professionals - not employees, agents, or contractors of PrepCoach. Coaches bear sole and full responsibility for:
PrepCoach does not verify, audit, certify, or endorse the qualifications, credentials, or the content produced by coaches using the Platform. PrepCoach expressly disclaims any responsibility for the coaching services delivered by independent coaches through the Service.
As a client, you accept personal responsibility for your own health and wellness decisions when using the Platform. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:
Any action you take based on content available through the Platform is taken at your own informed discretion and risk.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.
You are responsible for the security of your account. Please notify us immediately at the contact address below if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Premium coaching features require a paid subscription. Pricing and included features are clearly displayed in the app before purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly) until cancelled. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee using the payment method on file.
Web subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By subscribing on the web, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Subscriptions purchased through the iOS App Store are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's payment terms. PrepCoach does not store full payment card numbers on its servers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To prevent future charges, you must cancel before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to premium features through that date.
All sales are final. Refunds are not provided except as required by applicable law. Subscribing constitutes payment for access to the Service for the specified billing period. Cancelling stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period already paid. For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, refunds are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policy.
We reserve the right to update subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any pricing changes. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

You retain ownership of meal plans, client data, and other content you create on the Platform. By using the Service, you grant PrepCoach a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit your content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service.
Coaches agree to maintain professional standards consistent with their field of practice. This includes representing qualifications accurately, complying with applicable laws and licensing requirements, and maintaining appropriate boundaries - including not providing medical diagnosis or clinical treatment through the Platform.
The PrepCoach platform - including its design, functionality, codebase, and branding - is owned by PrepCoach and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PrepCoach makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
PrepCoach expressly disclaims any and all responsibility for meal plans, macro calculations, nutritional recommendations, and any other content created by coaches and delivered through the Platform. PrepCoach is not responsible for any adverse health outcomes, injury, illness, or other harm arising from a user's reliance on coach-generated content provided through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrepCoach and its owners, affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrepCoach's total cumulative liability for any and all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to PrepCoach during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PrepCoach and its affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, except where prohibited by law. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PrepCoach regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
PrepCoach's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or provision in the future.
